HVAC Blower intermittent

HVAC Blower intermittent
I have a 97 SSE that the AC/Heater blower works intermittently. I also noticed that the blower slows down when I am accelerating. Is there anything in this system that is vacuum related?

Check your voltage.....Probably need to replace the blower motor....my car had the same issue a while back...replaced it and problem solved.

Blower motor or BCM (blower control module). The voltmeter as suggested above will help determine which one.
You're in luck either way. I have both parts available.

Check the voltage going to the motor....and if you can find the correct values....check the resistance in the motor and make sure it'* good.

Your vacuum lines only control where the air is blown to...vents, defroster or floor (I'm pretty sure). Blower motor is totally electrical. Check voltage and smile once you fix the problem.
