Service Info: 1992 ssei front air deflector
When I got my SSEI, someone had trashed the front air deflector. This is the piece that is way way down near the ground, under the front bumper. You have to get on the ground to see it.
This deflector is very low, and you have to stay away from all curbs with this, or it will hang up on it, or even worse it will get ripped off. Every time you park, remember how low that part is on the car.
That small air deflector under the front bumper is p/n 25553403 (at least on a 1992) list price was $33
I believe I also replaced a part that the air deflector attaches to... as I remember, it sort of fits inside the back of the bumper, but I think it was actually missing on my car. It is a fascia support, p/n 25553402. list was $23.00
I purchased the fascia support first, because the dealer illustration is not clear. Well when I got it home I could not figure out what it the world to do with it. Until I got the deflector itself, then it started to make sense.
If yours is really messed up, the bumper itself will be broken where the other parts fit. Sometimes some nuts, bolts and large washers will help in this case.
Hope this is helpful
