I have a 1999 Bonneville, about 3 weeks ago a security light came on in the dashboard, it mostly stayed on all the time except for going off a couple times. Now my car will not start at all,it will not do anything,the key turns but the car is dead, how can i disable or bypass the security system? because i believe thats the problem.

Try cleaning the chip on the key.
