no power to fuse box
I don't know what happened. I decided to replace the evaporator for my a/c. I got everything taken apart, and put back together. I got in my car to turn it around, and it feels like the transmission is slipping. I pulled back in the driveway to find I have no lights, windows won't go up & other thing won't work. I went to check the fuses & there appears to be no power to the fuse box. Did I forget to hook something up? Did I blow a major fuse somewhere? It looks like I have everything hooked back up. If anyone can shed some light on this problem, I will be grateful

Joe, Is this the fuse center on the passenger side firewall? You should be able to locate the main feeder to that fuse center to check lug connections for tightness. This needs to be checked at source & destination in other words both ends of the feeder. The ground side is equally important and must be checked. Some 92-99 GH'* will chime in soon.

I'm talking about the driver side fuse box. Where is the feeder for it under the hood? Sounds like that may be my problem, but i don't know where to look

Driver side fuse box may get it'* feed direct from battery, or feed through from the fuse center on firewall. You may have to trace hand over hand until we get someone with a main power distribution schematic. Wish I could be of more help.

OK, I know.... I'm an idiot, but thanks for getting the wheels turning upstais in the old brain. I went back out to trace the wiring from the fuse box, back to under the hood to find out that I neglected to hook the driver side under hood fuse box back up. I had it and the relays hanging under the brake booster & didn't see them when I was putting everything back together last night under the warm glow of a trouble light. I just hooked everything back up & all is well. Thank you Mark
