Default Where'* the PCM in my 96? Sounds dumb, I know...

OK, so I'm looking under the passenger side kick panel, but what I see doesn't appear to be the PCM. Smallish rectangular silver box, looks like an airbag computer (Thanks, ebay) not like the picture of an aluminum looking box w/fins (ebay once again). I'm not used to not being able to locate a component. Some one want to make me smack myself in the forehead?

Thanks......Brian

It'* under the hood, next to your air cleaner box. You'll find it.

Try INSIDE the airbox.
