A/C and cooling fans quit simultaneously...
My ECC is throwing a code 48, which did this when the blower wasn't working. I wired the blower motor back up, and it worked fine for a while. Now it'* throwing the code again, working only on ECON, and the cooling fans do not run, either on low or hi. Engine temps almost redlined, and they still didn't kick on. I checked the relays and fuses, and they seem to be fine. Is there anything else I should check?

Techinfo, bud. Especially if your display is flashing. Sorry about that....I missed part of your post in the rush to answer a few in some slack time.
Clear the code. Mine does that once a year. You might just be fine.
