Default Wheel cylinder torx head studs

I am in the process of changing my wheel cylinders and have run into a snag.

GM used an torx head on the bolt. Does anyone have any idea what size head that is? As close as I can guess, it'* somewhere between a T-30 and T-40. I don't want to buy the wrong one since I can't exactly size it up at the store.

Help!

Mechanic Dan and I did this the other night. typically he said the sockets break, therefore you tap on a 7mm? I think and then remove it before the bolt is fully out.

106 inch pounds is the torque spec per the 95 FSM.

I'm going out under the car to determine the size I have.

Yup, I saw in the FSM that the torque spec is 106 inch pounds.

Thanks for taking a look under there for me!

Jack the car up. Get the flashlight. Crawl under there. Take a quick look. Come out, look in the toolbox......

.......realize I loaned out my torx sockets to a friend across town.

Dang. No problem. I'll run up to Napa and buy a 30, 35, and 40. Which ever ones it isn't, I'll return.

Thanks anyway.

I'll post what size it actually is, too.

Chilton'* calls out for a box-end wrench. But doesn't state that it'* torx head. So try a 7mm box end or socket as Boost suggested.
