Default Horn goes off?!

Ok, it has been VERY cold around here lately. I went out and turned on my car let her warm up. I went to go and lock the doors and the damn horn went off :? :o ! Is my wireling fried? It didn’t do it after I got driving down the road a ways. In other cases the power locks won’t work period after a few minutes driving it in the morning? Anyone know whats going on? :?

That'* what happens when you don't have a spoiler....

My DIC told me my RR turn lamp was out. 5 minutes later it was fine. After it warms up, see if you still have these problems.

I'm wondering whether your relay center on the firewall under the hood is getting moisture in it. I think that'* where the relevant relays on your problem circuits will be found.

Is the cover dislodged or missing?

Good idea. We live close enough for me to know where the problem is coming from. John, you have an ice dam built up at the base of the windshield. It'* thawing right now, melting over into your maxifuse relay panel.

hm, ok. I don't have any snow or ice build up in the wiper bay area. I think the wires just need to thaw a bit.

P.*. It'* the inside door locks, not the keyless entry..... cute commet too!

Sorry guys if I am posting on the wrong screen but seems I cannot find the proper one ... Just in case ... I have an issue with the horn of my 1998 Buick Regal LS ... sometimes (often) when I turned the horn goes off and stayed on until I hit the steering horn pad to shut it off. It is driving me crazy ... just imagine what others screamed at me ... Anyone care to share if same problem in any GM ? ... and if so, how it was fixed ? Thx

Sounds like the clock spring is faulty. You might want to start a new thread.
