Default Gas smell

Lately I've noticed a gas smell coming from the rear of my car.

Not from inside, but outside. I notice it mostly after the car has been driven. Could it be a leaky gas cap? Or something else? Any ideas?

Thanks!

It is probably your gas lines. These tend to rot out over time, and I just had this problem with my '95. Usually if you bend down you can get a good look at the lines and see where it is leaking. This isn't something you want to mess around with - my gas lines were leaking right over my exhuast, and was a potential fire hazard. :?
