So even with this issue I'm still gettin some rather decent fuel mileage....I'm at about 280 miles and I'm not to a 1/4 tank yet?

280 on a 1/4? Hard to say. Tank profile changes as the fuel goes down. The bottom 1/4 of the tank holds less than the top 1/4. You need to do an actual calculation after a long freeway drive. Trying to determine and compare in-city driving is pointless, as we all drive differently. Freeway at 60-65, and use at LEAST a 1/2 tank before filling and calculating.
