I remember the spring, but I do not recall the O-ring. I will have to take it out again and check for the O-ring. I will let you know. Thanks

Some times yes, some times no. But you can buy just the O rings as well.

Did you pull the vacum line off the FPR to see if the diaphram is leaking?
