Default PS Pump Pulley Removal/Instal

is a special tool required to remove the pulley on these? it says use a "remover" IF necissary(sp)...ive never heard of this. Or could a guy just pull it off after the nut has been taken off?

Yes there is a special tool for removing the P/* pulley. You usually just get the P/* pulley installer when you buy a new P/* pump though.
