Default Replacing normal engine with supercharged engine?

Hi, I have a 1996 Bonney, great car, good power. The engine has sat for about a year, and I am looking forward to cleaning out the tank, fuel lines, and possibly having to replace the injectors.

I found a 1996 buick park ave, SUPERCHARGED. THe rest of the car is in tuff shape, but the engine has lower miles than mine.

If I do an engine swap, will I have issues with the wiring harnesses, or is it just plug & play? I have no problem tackling the swap, but am intimidated by the last 10% of the job, the electrical.

thanks in advance.
