Default 93 Bonnie brakes

I have a 93 bonneville (er my wife has one) with 71,000 miles on it.
Very clean SE.
Seems I've had to replace most of the brake system.
I've replaced the front rotors, front pads, Master cylender, Brake booster, Rear cylenders and rear shoes.

Now the rear brakes are going again.
Is there a rear disc brake conversion kit?
Maybe off another GM full size?

TIA,
Dave in the Arizona desert.

Thanks for the reply.
I haven't found anything searching the net.
All my experiance is before ABS when parts woild swap between Pontiacs, Chevy'*, Buicks and the rest of the GM line as long as it was mid size to mid size, etc...

Thanks again.
