I had that same thing ...but only one remote. It was the remote.
Tracy what is the fob number on the back? If it matches one I have here..I'll zip it down there for you to try. See if it'* fob or receiver.

That is everything is on it.
It use to work until today. The unlock part worked this morning but the lock didn't. I had to manually lock the car by pushing the inside button Geez, that about wore me out I use to never have this option and did fine but now that I have it I want it, I like it

Right, your open mouth is a waveguide, projecting the signal where you want it instead of omnidirectional. I would like to avoid the StarWars look if I can. No pun for anyone who likes StarWras

I mentioned it as a convenient suggestion to those having problems until they get the problems fixed.
