I have some codes pulled on my car
P0171 Fuel System too lean bank 1
P1441 Evap system flow during non-purge
Had the codes pulled again when i took it to the transmisson place for a trans test drive. the trans is fine so they say. I just dont understand why i get a jerk when the car goes from 4th gear to torque converter lockup on the expressway.

Big deal, if you feel a slight bump then the TC locks it'* no big deal as long as you don't get any odd noises or vibrations. Some do, some don't. Seems normal to me.

The EVAP and the O2 have nothing at all to do with your TCC clutch operation...
If the tranny shop found nothing ( If I was a bad tranny guy trying to rip people off I would have found a lot wrong with a trans that had 170,000 miles on it )... I wouldn't be too worried about it....
But at 170,000 miles I wouldn't expect the trans to last forever either.... With high milage they can and do get clunky...
