I know on the '97 Bonnevilles, with your keyless remote you can program what your car does when you use the keyless entry (inside lights come on, headlights flash, etc) Can you do this with the 95? ( I can't find my owner'* manual.)

Also, whta'* the deal with cars locking as soon as it'* put in gear? should my car be doing this, and how do i do it?

Tam, the bulk of your electronics are a direct leverage from 93 to 94 to 95....except they were transitioning to OBDII.....which means, like me, you're SOL

That would be pretty cool.

JR, I wouldn't know where to begin, but I bet most of that crap is already there. I read a post that I can't find now, buried somewhere, on this subject. I'll keep looking for it if it kills me.

I'd probably be able to help you better if I had a better set of schematics. The crap I have only shows the basic standard options. No HUD, no ELC, no power seats, etc. Just chassis and powertrain. I'd LOVE to get my hands on what Deathrat has.

Keyless Entry, got all of the stuff deckwing, those alloys, WTF no keyless... Oh and my car doesnt lock all of the doors as soon as it goes into gear either. Got a friend with a Olds Cutlass Supreme, and it does that, throw it in gear and all the locks lock you in.. Freaky

If I bought a GM keyless entry system how would I hook it up? Any one out there know, How about you Tam?
Are you telling me for real that you DON't have keyless entry! I thought it came with EVERY BONNEVILLE! Check your RPO label in the trunk. Look for this code: "AU0" This is the code for keyless entry! IF it'* there, then all you're going to need is the Transmitters (Remotes) & someone to program them for your car.

Amy.. do you still have the manual ( that came with your car ? ) If so, if you could kindly look under remote key entry.. in mine.. it tells you how to re-program it, and what funky things it can do...

I surely do have the manual sweetie. I will have to look that over. It can do funky things? The funky chicken, perhaps? I swear, one day I'm going to know something and not seem like a total dumb-butt. Have to throw a party then, for sure.
