Default Rear bumper

How does the rear bumper go back on to the clips on the body? Is it just a line it up and hit it in there, does it slide on, or what?

Sorry, I meant the bumper cover thing...the piece that has the license plate spot. It'* got 2 screws on each side inside the wheel wells, and two clip things on the body I'm unsure how to do.
