Step-by-Step Motor Mount Sleeve Removal for Belt Replacement
ENORMOUS amounts of credit go to ParallelCircuits for this guide to removing this stupid little sleeve. Mods, PLEASE STICKY THIS for the sake of anyone who has to replace or take off their belt.

Its alot to do to change a belt, but man its not rocket science.

It'* still great to have a detailed guide that you don't have to search through a bunch of old posts for. I would think that it'* a question that'* asked relatively often too, but I could be wrong.
