checked the vacuum canister and replaced the hose connected to it. i will have to wait till 2morrow to check the purple vacuum hose and the actuators

Was it bad or are you just replacing as you go in hopes to fix the problem?

the long hose didnt need replacing the short one was dry rotted, and yes i am replacing as i go hoping to fix the problem

i checked the purple vacuum line and followed back through the firewall it is fine folowed the other wires to the actuators no problems that i can find.

also i only have 5 vacuum lines coming off the back of the control unit(violet,orange,white,dark blue,light green) but there are places for six how many am i supposed to have
