quick question
So I've just put my car back together after being of the road for like 2-3 weeks. i was just wondering what the norm for the oil pressure gauge to be at when idleing. when warmed up it sits under the line. close to the red. I'll get a picture when i drive to work today. I just wanted to know if thats normal becuase i don't remember what it sat at. I've been driving my gf'* toyota corrola for the past 3 weeks so i got used to that car need to get used to this one again lol

It all depends on how inaccurate your gauge is and how dead the sender is.
Best thing to do is have it checked with a manual gauge. That is the only true way to know what the pressure truly is....I've found my gauge to be grossly inaccurate. Now I use it as a on/off gauge..if pressure shows..that'* good, if not.. I'm in trouble.
