A problem I just cannot figure out...
Whenever I start my car and immediately go to drive it, for the first say 30 seconds, it seems to hesitate a lot, like any throttle less than full gets a very weak response. After that, the car acts entirely normal. Is this normal or what should I check?

idk for sure, but two suggestive guesses would be
1- maybe the egr is gettin clogged and when warm enough from the exhaust, is frees and runs fine
2- or maybe the cts resistance is off and thinks its 20 below zero, then warms up.
im kinda leanin more towards the first one. u could try cleaning the egr. if u have 100k miles or more, then it wouldnt really hurt.

I've tried Tecron and now GumOut Fuel Injector cleaner, seems to have done little if anything, anyone have any other suggestions for checking things?

When was the last throttle body/sensor cleaning? Also check vacuum lines.
Possibly the IAC/MAF being dirty. It sounds like it is getting fuel and spark... but not quite able to hold itself steady.

I had the throttle "plate" cleaned about 3 months ago when I had the LIM gaskets changed over with UIM. He said it was incredibly dirty and when I left the shop the car felt like brand new. This problem is there though after that still. How would I go about cleaning sensors?
