what needs to be fixed my inner tie rods? anytime I get up to 60 my car shakes what'* the problem and how much?

Before I would suspect at the Inner Tie Rods, I would get the wheels balanced first.

Yeah... or even just take one hour in your driveway to swap the tires front-for-back, and see if that makes a difference...
