I'll try to be more sure next time...
Thats ok man.... we have all learned a lot here over the last few years... New people bring new info... Its all a learning process... You'd be amazed at how we started out compared to where we are at this point... I never thought we'd ever be this far along...

Some of the things you will find out will catch you off gaurd at times..

Good Luck

That'* cool Jr. I see there are a lot of new replies in a half day or so here....compared to barely any replies at some other forums, so, I can clearly see this is a seasoned forum. I look forward to the pros here helping me, and if and when I can help, I'd like to do so. I just thought I should have considered the year of the car in question here, and cross reference that with my 2 older ones that didn't have the option available.

I felt like my reply wasn't thought out.. he he he . I look forward to being here long enough to make more mistakes......lol... and maybe help too..

Trust me that Eaton Blower will give you a whole new respect for the 3800(Bonneville)... You shouls have seen the grin on my face the first time I drove an L67 powered car... :o

But I own NA'd bonnies
I bet that look was like mine, and my brother'*, since we bought our cars a day apart from each other, and these are both our first L67'*.

Not to sound dumb, but what does NA mean.. as in NA'd bonnies.. ?

well i haven't fixed it yet but the good news is that i found quite a few Bonnies in the local j/y'* today that i can get LOTS of parts from...including a '92 SSE and a supercharged '93 SSE.

kind of off topic here but i also found that '92 SSEi at the local j/y that i was thinking about buying months ago. it ended up getting towed away and the owner couldn't pay storage fees, so the j/y ended up with it. the guy offered to sell it too me for $1000 but it still needs a hood and a side door trim piece, as well as a new front bumper cover. runs great though and is more loaded than my SSE. damn....i want it bad!

anyone want to buy my nice loaded '89 Lebaron GTS Turbo 5-speed? it will slightly walk a stock '97+ GTP c'mon....you know you want too

damn i want an SSEi!

It'* a real pain to get to as I think I heard. Follow Bill (willwren)'* advice on opening the trunk and have someone press the button for you while listening at the trunk.

Also I'm a moron and can't remember from last week'* trunk post if your year requires the key to be on for the trunk button to work. As well if you have the remote, try that in case your switch has gone bad.
