Twice. I did it myself, and the dealership did it again when they replaced the intakes.

If I remember right, it was around 40 bucks for part and shipping from GMPD. It'* been a while, tho, and I am just way to lazy, I mean busy, to look through my bank records...

Wow, that'* cheap. Mine was $120... Was it hard to change? Your fuel rail is different than mine.

Man, That'* easy... Was the new one a different color? My stock one was black and the replacement gold/silverish... I think i'll paint it later...
