Definately not normal, but I can't give advice on how to fix it =/. You probably just have some water down in the line.
Wait for a gearhead.

Does AIR come out also? This time of year, there'* a ton of moisture in the air. The large black cylindrical thing attached to the compressor is an air dryer unit. You may need to replace it, but in the long run, the moisture won't cause many problems. My 93 produces a bit of moisture (I use transparent tubing on my inflator hoses), but my 95 doesn't. The 93 has for 3 years, with no problems so far.

yeah air comes out also. I set my elc adjuster up a little bit so the rear will rise a little.
I also put a cinderblock in the trunk (is this not recomended?) I have noticed the compressor engages way more than it did before. Will this negatively effect my car in any way?
