Default Clunk Clunk Clunk

I just repaced the drums and wheel cylinders along with the brakes on the rear of my 93. It stops but now I hear klunking coming from the rear. Could this just be the new parts adjusting themselves or did something go wrong.

EDIT: Changed the title from Klunk Klunk Klunk to Clunk Clunk Clunk cuz my buddy pointed out the 3 K'* being capitalized. Sorry if anyone read into that to much. Was not meant to be that way.
