Default engine problems

Driving along , all of a sudden engine starts to run rough then back to ok.Stops at a store comes back out starts fine until I puts it in drive now is hammering like crazy. Checked oil seams to be ok for the most part. There is like neon yellow gunk in the oil filler cap. Anyone have this happen?

Yep. Check in techinfo for the thread on "Upper intake manifold failure."

Park it and drain the oil before you hydrolock it or wipe out the bottom end from oil contamination. Your UIM is failing.

Hey, your car is exactly like mine!
