There are many products that take off sticky residue (from dealer stickers, vinyl pinstriping, etc.) One product is called "Detachal" and is found in home medical supply stores and some of your better pharmacies. It will not harm your paint, but it will lift the "glue" off effortlessly. It is intended to remove tape residue from skin (from I-V tape and other medical tape used on skin). I used this to rid my car from the car dealer'* sticker that they insisted on plastering to the back of my decklid. It works great.
I can not help you with the lights. You may try cross referencing them with bulbs sold on ebay if no one else here can help you. I think Bonnalien would be the one to talk to. Be careful with colored turn signals--some states don't allow them.
Good luck.

This (above) is an 1157 dual-filament bulb for your front turn signals, which is I assume what you're interested in, since your front lenses are clear but your back lenses are amber.
If you really do want to stick green bulbs in your rear turn signals, those would be an 1156 single-filament bulb, which can be found here:

The main listing of all colored bulbs is here:

And yes, having something other than white or amber bulbs up front, or amber or red taillamps in back, can get you pulled over by the cops, depending on the mood they're in. It gives them a handy excuse to see what else is going on in your car. (Just because you can buy it legally doesn't mean it'* legal for on-road driving. Good luck!)

Wouldn't it kinda be... oh say illegal to change your turn signals green? I know it is in most states. They are amber for a reason, federal law.

For example, here is an excerpt from the Illinois Rules of the Road, the section on lighting. Check out the "Restricted Equipment" section about halfway down:
