Default Please HELP!!!Steering Wheel Audio Controls

First off, I just bought a used '94. The steering wheel audio controls don't work but the guy I bought it from said the fuse was just toast... I looked through the manual and through all the fuses in the main fuse box and everything looks fine. I am NOT technical AT ALL. I have absolutely no idea where to start other that the fuses. If you have ideas please go into great detail on how to go about repairs because like I said, I am NOT technical. Please and thank you.
