Default please help

i was unable to post this in the proper section for some reason, but i am hoping that you guys can help me... i noticed today that when i accelerate and am driving under twenty mph.. my car seems to accelerat on its own even after i let off the gas plus when i am in park, it sounds like i am still under acceleration as i can hear */c sounding the way it does under acceleration what the heck could this be??

Only a stuck throttle cable as far as I can tell.

Moving to 92-99.

You can test if it is the cable easily. If you are in park and just sitting there, give it the gas and let off, does it come back down to idle right away or does it take it'* sweet time getting there? It should return to idle quickly.
