Default Anyone at all know anything about the heater system on a 92

Hello everyone,
I own a 92 Bonneville SE that Doesnt have electronic climate control. My problem is, I will have the Ac on it'* nice and cold, But when i need it on heat at night i go to turn it to hot and defrost and It will still blow cold. I can turn the **** to floor heat and it is still blowing cold. Hell at times i turn it completely OFF and i still feel the cold air on the floor. Sometimes it will take days for the damn thing to work. Then of course when i need the AC to blow cold again, it will still be stuck on heat.

Anyone have any thoughts on this. I replaced the control panel and that wasnt it.

Help,
Sellncars

There is a blender door that mixes hot and cold air. I can't remember where it is, but I'll look in my FSM later.

Default Where are all the smart bonneville mechanic'*?

Hi guys,
Sometimes it works great and other times it doesnt. It stays stuck on cold now, but at time'* when the switch is on the off position it is still blowing cold on the floor. When i put the switch on the defrost it just blows defrost, when it is on the max or bi level it will also blow on the floor. This probelm is really pissing me off. Anyone have any other idea'*?

Thank you,
sellncars

Sounds like it could be a damper or vacuum problem. Have you checked the vacuum lines for leaks from the throttle body to the reservoir? If not that, it'* possible the dampers are not moving all of the way into the right position.
