Ok all its finally finished!!!!
the fuel pump is re-placed
Thank you all for your help.

Would have had finished sooner
but found one prob after another

one thing, Id like to say and aim at GM
what the f were you bozos thinking?
real good idea putting one of the strap bolts
in a place where you can only get your fingers in
IF they are small enough. And In side of a U shaped brace.
