My neighbors check engine light was on so I scanned it. It came up Manifold Abosolut Pressure. Is this the same as the MAF and the one that goes before the throttle body with the little wires inside ??

your MAP is on the passenger side of the engine, on the side of the UIM, it is used to monitor the difference in pressure between the intake manifold at outside atmosphere. The PCV is housed just below the MAP sensor. The MAF is in the throttle body and measures air flow.

is the MAP know as Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor ? If it throws this code can it be cleaned like the MAF sensor or do you just replace it ??

You check your electrical (plug) first, and make sure you don't have a broken vacuum line. If all that looks good, then replace it, sure.
