Default Courtesy Lights stay on?

after I got everything swapped from the 96 ssei to my 93 se, the courtesy lights stay on, its not the door switches because they all work and when I turn the key back with the doors closed it still retains its power tell i open any door, and also the door open lights in the dash all work and so dose the trunk ajar light. I even unplug the dimmer switch and they stay on, what would cause this???

would it be because I disconnected them security switches on all the door locks, because my 93 did not have the switches on the locks only the ones in the handles? I dont think its them because i checked the ohm reading on them with the locks unlocked and they read nothing untell i lock the doors and they connect.

Also it says I have the rear window brake light blowed even thoe it works.

Thanks

When you say you swapped everything over ... that'* pretty vague and I don't remember seeing a post about yoru plans. Please elaborate as to which BCM/MALL you are using and what "everything entails.

Thanks

i took everything from the 96 and put in the 93 i mean everything but the shell, the suspension and body flaring. I converted my series 1 se to a series 2 ssei supercharged, and swapped over the leather interior.

-wiring
-hole interior
-engine
-tranny
-air ride
-abs\traction control
-trunk lid

Nope not the problem, all the fuses are good, and the door chime works perfect. Thanks Anyway

-The retained acc power works perfect " shuts off when you open any door"
-The door chime works when you open the doors, and shuts off when you close them
- the lights still stay on with the dimmer switch unpluged, and when pluged in the switch for turning them on and off dose nothing they still stay on.

is there a relay that could be stuck anywhere? or anything i should look for? also why would it say my break light is out when its not?

Ok I Performed the “MALL Module Internal Diagnostic Procedure" and i read one beep is good when in the I/O mode and no beeps are bad:

when I first get into it i get "1 beep, pause, 2 beeps, pause, 3 beeps, pause, 4 beeps, pause" this repeats a fue times before it enters I/O mode what is this???
Once i am in I/O mode i turn the dome light switch "on,i get a beep, off i get another beep, then i turn it on again the lights go out and i get a beep, then turn it off and get another beep, then they turn on the next time and this repeats"

when i open any door i get "around 5 real quick beeps then when i close it i get one beep"

Is there anything wrong here????

Thanks
