Inside the passenger side forward frame rail. Just about under where your RF passenger'* feet are. You'll need a 10mm socket to remove the clamp, and a pair of needlenose pliers for the clamps on the filter/fuel lines. You WILL get stinky. No way around it.

A lift and raingear might be the best option. Or simply wear a shirt you hate.

When changed mine, I guess by being warned of fuel spilage, I didn't get soaked.

Don't smoke. Or is it too late to warn you?
