Is there a way to disable the ELC? And if there is will that cause any other problems?

Ok.. lift the hood..on the passenger side fender there is a compressor. Unplug the 4 wire connector that goes to it.

Charge the battery and you should be all set. However your ELC fuction is now disabled.

All the ELC does it level out the back from weight in the trunk? Will that effect my ride? bad or worse? More bottoming out with lots of people in the back lol?

I got weight in the back of my car... I got car parts. Should I take those out first and see if that fixes it or just disconnect it all together at the moment?

I would suggest disconnecting it for a day or 2 (how ever long it took before it wouldn't start) and see if that is your problem. If it is, then it can be addressed further.

Since yours seems to be leaking, you've been working with bad ride most likely. Yes it will effect it. Yes weight in the car will lower it. Meanwhile, the ELC compressor won't drain your battery, because it has power direct to the battery and will level and fill the struts all night long.

(Once I put 18 cases of beer (bottles) in my car. it was laying on the ground. 45 seconds later I was at normal ride height.)

Fix your ELC. It affects ride quality and handling.

I got my battery going and all the weight out of the trunk so the ELC stopped running all the time. But now my locks still aren't working. What could be up with those?
