Default code 22

I just got a code 22 on my bonneville. It says its a "throttle position sensor circuit (signal voltage low)" can someone tell me exactly what that means because I have no idea. Also how do I fix the prob

You either adjust or replace (and adjust) the sensor.

Do you have a service manual? Scantool?

You need at least a Chilton'* #28200 for the procedure for checking/adjusting the TPS. You'll also need a voltmeter.

You can slighly loosen the screws holding the TPS to the TB. Then start the car. Have someone inside the car watch the Check Engine light. Gently push on the TPS with the end of a hammer or screwdriver handle. When the light goes off, turn off the car, tighten the screws. You're good to go.

Be very careful of the moving parts in the engine bay. This is how I remided the Code 22 on my 92 SSEi.
