My 95 Bonne SE is leaking from the coolant elbow that goes from the LIM to the tensioner assembly. I called a GM dealer to get a replacement and the guy on the phone could not find any coolant elbows for this car. Idiot.

Anyway, since this is a series II motor, would the coolant elbow from a 2000 Grand Prix with the same (Vin K) motor work? Also, is there 2 plastic coolant elbows in this car like my GP? I haven't torn it apart yet so I can't be sure, and I want to have both on hand before I do this. The assembly looks to be similar but we all know how manufacturers love changing parts/modifying the design between 2 of the same engines for seemingly the same cars.

Go to autozone or advance auto, and ask for coolant elbows. This is what you need. Cost about $5
