If your 200 amp pulley is smaller you have less tension on the idler pulley with an already streched belt. Look at the tesioner marking lines and see if they are within operating range. You could have the parts store look up the length of your belt then go down in length by 1/2 in or so. This should do the trick.
We went down 3/4" on the belt size and it works like a dream.
