Is it possible to hear the injectors clicking while the engine is attempting to start?

Disconnect your cam sensor and attempt to start it. If it starts we need to investigate P0341, otherwise....
Don't remember anyone asking, but you did check all fuses in the passenger side fuse panel yes? Just verify fuse #7.

Verify test again. This time do not use chassis ground. Use both wires on the injector circuit. They should be OFF.
If OFF
Crank engine, does your meter fluctuate? It would be hard to tell because the voltage going to the injector would be in small increments. Probably not long enough for your meter to actually see it.
If they stay steady ON.
Disconnect your RED A-B connector on your PCM. If the light goes out, your PCM is faulty.
Remember, the PCM controls the ground to the injectors. The injectors will always see 12+ but no ground.
