92-95 Headlight Adjusters. ( Fixed w/ Pics )
So iv been having bad luck with my headlights, All the adjusters on mine are frozen, and two broken.
And the new headlights i got from Boosty are not wanting to work either :?
I soaked then with PB blaster for 1 week, and still no go.
I don't see any way to take them apart, does anyone know a way too?
If not it think i may have to cut them open with my Dremel to Get to the Gears in there.

Soak them for a day, then spray them again, gently working them back and forth. Put a little work into getting the PB to really get in there. You'll get them free sooner or later, then you can pack them with grease.

Ok, i figured out how to take apart and fix my adjusters.
Step1: Pry apart the cap, May need a knife like i had to, then use a flat blade
Next you have to use pliers to force the gear off the shaft. Turning slowly
Next wire brush every metal part, and then grease everything!
Now to put it all back together

Thanks
oo, also, there really isn't much that can brake in there, so this will fix almost any adjuster problem
