It'* gotta be a fuse, because they are all related.

Have your dad check the connections at the body control module, located behind the knee bolster (drivers side). Check for moisture or corosion.

ok heres whats up

in the fuse panel there is the interior lights fuse, the fuse is fine, however there is no power comg from either side of it. even when he hot wired the connection, there was nothing. he thinks it would be like pdad said, the body control module, or something else i forgot. anymore ideas with the new information?

Well, on my '93, if I leave a door open for more than 10 minutes, the car kills the interior lights. Similarly, the air pump shuts off if run for 10 minutes non-stop. (I wish it would turn my trunk light out the same way when I forget to close the lid in the garage, but I guess we can't have everything... )

So anyway, since you say your dad was working on the car at the time, is it possible that he just left a door open too long? Trying closing up the whole car, then opening a door again and see if there'* any change.
