Default Ceramic pads, turned rotors?

front brake time Saturday. I'm going with ceramic pads, primarily because I hate the dust on the wheels.

I got the rotors turned last night. Anything I should know about ceramic pads and reconditioned rotors?

Only that the ceramic pads wear the rotor more than a standard pad. Therefore you would probably want to put the turned rotors on a shelf and drop fresh on, or use the turned rotors and keep an eye on the thickness in regards to the minimum usable spec.

I've got ceramics on turn rotors, after about 10,000 miles still looks like they were just turned
