Default MSD stalling problem

I just installed a Digital-6 Plus, complete with coil packs in my '96 SE, now the engine will only run for a minute before stalling. When I bypass the controller, the engine runs fine. Maybe it has something to do with the dip-switch settings that I haven't noticed. This seems to be more evident when the engine is hot. Any ideas?
