Default Coil test?

Does anyone know how to test ignition coils? i believe i have a weak one, but don't know how to test it, i have a multi-meter. any help would be great, thanks.

ok i got the resit. and found the tech info, i just wondered how i go about testing them, it'* probably really easy, but my crappy haynes manual dosn't tell how to do it. anyhow thanks for all your help.
