If I can and I know Pat meant to say it. Pick up a set of swivel sockets. The actual socket has the swivel built in. Pat was pretty ugly when I pulled them out and made quick work of that bracket.
It went quick. Only thing we had an issue with was the backside of the bolt. it was turning. A very good wrench held in place and force added by a screw driver was how we the nut off.

Well I replaced the cables, and installed thicker guage alternator wire, cleaned all terminals, And nothing, On the other note I can never see where its Leaking from, But I ALWAYS see it dripping from the TPS, Its wet all around there, theres always dripping from right around the TPS on the exhaust and smoking. Its to the point now, if I rev it,especially when its not 100% warmed up, I get the chime and it dies, If I accelerate hard where it goes above 4500, it chimes and dies, Today when I cut the wheel hard to miss a rabbit, it chimed and stalled. I also noticed the battery is leaking a little and I hear a little bubbling. Also another thing, Would a leaky TB cause these probs, and if so why would it not start unless I turned the key off then back on...Or is that a symptom on the TPS?
P.*. Hey when are you going to be home?

Your leaking battery may just be coincidence that it'* bad at the same time you're having other problems. Still, it'* pretty easy to eliminate it as a problem; just replace the battery. While I wouldn't want to advise you to just shotgun things randomly, you do want to eliminate something as basic as a bad battery from the equation. My car'* factory battery cracked in a complete circle around the positive side post, and while I had spent several days cleaning the contacts on all of the terminals, the thing eventually just plopped right out of the side of the battery, and acid spilled out all over. I had a fun time cleaning it all up wiht lots of water and baking soda.
So it looks to me as though you may have multiple simultaneous problems. Tackle them one step at a time, eliminating a problem area at each step, and you'll knock it out.

Well This car is my ONLY source of transportation right now, as my truck is in the process of being bagged and my Camaro is now back in Va. I was supposed to drive to Va for Thanksgiving, But it looks like I might be stuck in Pa if I cant get these problems fixed. This car was a $500 winter beater, and its looking to double in cost with all these probs.[/quote]

UPDATE!!!! Most of my problems are now GONE! I replaced the ECM with a junk yard one from a 94 LeSabre. No longer stalls on start up. Doesnt cut out when cold etc. My only problem now stalling at stops, Its done it once, And Im thinking thats just the TPS and the throttle body leak. Other then that it runs like a champ. Do you think I'll run into probs driving it to and from Va with the leak and bad TPS?
