So I checked and I do have the FE1 suspension so I am going forward with the quick struts, I will update this weekend and let everyone know how it went

You will like it.

Remove three 13mm nuts off the strut tower
Unbolt the strut to knuckle bolts..
Get alignment.
Poof..you are done.

It'* very nice.
