When did your plastic intake fail?

Mine failed last November. Don't remember the exact milage, but it was right around 100K. BUT, it failed once before that, judging by the markings on the intake that failed.
NOTE- According to the owner of the shop that replaced my blown engine in May, the engine blowing could have been due to the upper intake going six months earlier. His theory was that they did not drain the engine soon enough, and the coolant that got into it had basically cuased the engine to "eat itself" for six months before blowing up. He based this on the fact that it blew parts out the front and the back (multiple cylinder failure)
The point of the story is - GET THAT CONTAMINTED OIL OUT OF THERE!! Not soon, but immediately upon discovering your UIM has failed...
