Oil pressure sender/switch looks like a cylinder about 1 1/4" in diameter x 4" long with one threaded end and electrical connector at the other. It'* located a bit below and to the left of the water pump pulley on the back side of the motor. The senders are very similar from year to year in physical dimensions but differ somewhat electrically. I have a sender from a 90 LN3 engine installed in a 97 L67 engine. It was a direct screw in and even the electrical connection was the same size (but with two fewer electrical contacts).
